If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a specific written agreement signed or issued by SNP for a particular service, the specific written agreement will apply to that service.

“I confirm that I am aged 18 or over.”

SNP does not market, sell, contract with, provide direct website services to, accept payment from, or make downloadable resources directly available to children or young people under 18.

Where an SNP resource may support a young athlete, it is intended to be accessed and used by the relevant parent, legal guardian, coach, school, club, academy, team, after-school provider or other responsible adult or organization.

SNP is an independent, sports science-led, education-focused and evidence-informed performance consultancy.

SNP content, resources and services are educational and performance-support focused. They are not a substitute for medical, clinical, psychological, dietetic, therapeutic, safeguarding, legal or emergency advice.

SNP does not provide:

  • medical diagnosis;
  • clinical assessment;
  • medical treatment;
  • injury diagnosis;
  • rehabilitation;
  • prescriptions;
  • medical nutrition therapy;
  • clinical dietetic treatment;
  • psychological therapy;
  • safeguarding investigation services;
  • return-to-play medical clearance.

Where a medical, clinical, mental-health, safeguarding, injury, eating-disorder, allergy, emergency, therapeutic or specialist issue may be present, you should seek support from an appropriately qualified professional or responsible authority.

You are responsible for deciding whether SNP content or services are appropriate for your circumstances and for seeking professional advice where needed.

7. Website information

The information on the SNP website is provided for general educational and informational purposes.

SNP works to keep website information accurate and current, but website content may not always reflect the most recent service details, pricing, availability, legal requirements, booking arrangements or operational processes.

SNP may update, remove or change website content without notice.

Website content should not be treated as personalized advice unless SNP has separately agreed to provide a specific service to you.

8. Your responsibilities when using the website

When using the SNP website, you agree that you will:

  • provide accurate and complete information;
  • not submit information on behalf of another person unless you have authority to do so;
  • not submit information as or on behalf of an under-18 unless you are the parent, legal guardian or authorized organizational representative;
  • not use the website for unlawful, misleading, harmful or abusive purposes;
  • not interfere with website security, availability or operation;
  • not copy, scrape, reproduce, republish or misuse website content;
  • not upload or send malicious code, spam or harmful material;
  • not impersonate another person or organization;
  • not use SNP resources outside the license terms that apply to them.

SNP may restrict access, refuse service, cancel a booking or take other appropriate action if it reasonably believes the website, resources, services or SNP intellectual property are being misused.

9. Downloads, guides and digital resources

SNP may provide complimentary and paid downloadable guides, worksheets, educational materials, digital resources, self-assessments, templates, tools or similar materials.

All SNP downloads and digital resources are for adults aged 18 or over.

Unless SNP expressly states otherwise in writing, a download or purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the material for your own permitted use.

You must not copy, reproduce, upload, publish, distribute, resell, adapt, rebrand, translate, white-label, teach from, commercially exploit or make SNP materials available to others unless SNP has expressly agreed this in writing.

Where a parent, legal guardian, coach or responsible organization uses SNP material to support a young athlete, that use must remain adult-led and appropriate to the age, setting and safeguarding context.

SNP does not guarantee that a downloadable resource will produce a particular result, outcome, behavior change, performance improvement or health outcome.

10. Discover Your Habits tools

SNP may offer pathway-specific Discover Your Habits tools, self-reflection resources, questionnaires, guides, workbooks or related educational materials.

These resources are designed to help users reflect on habits, routines, systems, preparation, communication, decision-making and performance-support behaviors.

They are educational self-reflection tools. They are not medical, clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, dietetic, psychological, safeguarding or return-to-play assessment tools.

A Discover Your Habits tool does not provide a diagnosis, treatment plan, prescription, medical opinion, injury assessment, clinical nutrition plan, psychological assessment, safeguarding assessment or guarantee of performance improvement.

All Discover Your Habits tools and related downloadable resources are provided for adult use only. They may be purchased, downloaded or accessed only by adults aged 18 or over.

SNP does not sell, market, license or make Discover Your Habits tools directly available to children or young people under 18 through the website.

11. Individual purchase license for Discover Your Habits tools

Unless SNP agrees otherwise in writing, an individual purchase of a Discover Your Habits tool provides a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license for the purchaser to use the purchased tool for the permitted individual purpose.

An individual purchase does not allow the purchaser to copy, distribute, upload, resell, publish, adapt, rebrand, translate, white-label, teach from, deliver, circulate or make the tool available to a group, class, team, club, academy, organization, client base, program or commercial audience.

A coach, practitioner, parent or support professional may use an individually purchased tool only within the limits stated at the point of purchase.

Wider use with multiple athletes, clients, teams, cohorts, schools, academies, clubs, organizations or commercial programs requires an appropriate SNP organizational license.

SNP retains all intellectual property rights in the Discover Your Habits tools, questions, scoring frameworks, structure, wording, educational content, design, models, materials and related resources.

Purchasing or downloading a tool does not transfer ownership of any SNP intellectual property.

12. Learning Credit

SNP may offer a Learning Credit linked to an eligible Discover Your Habits tool purchase.

Where Learning Credit is offered, it is intended to support progression from self-reflection into an eligible SNP learning or development route within the same Discover Your Habits pathway.

Unless SNP states otherwise at the point of purchase, the following Learning Credit rules apply:

  • the Learning Credit is available only to the original eligible purchaser;
  • the credit is linked to the specific Discover Your Habits tool purchased;
  • the credit may be used once only;
  • the credit must be used within 12 months of the original tool purchase date;
  • the credit is capped at the amount actually paid for the eligible Discover Your Habits tool;
  • the credit is not cash, a refund, a voucher, a stored balance or a general account credit;
  • the credit is not transferable to another person, organization, pathway, program or service;
  • the credit cannot be sold, gifted, exchanged or redeemed for cash;
  • the credit cannot be split across more than one booking;
  • the credit cannot be reused after redemption;
  • the credit cannot be applied retrospectively after a booking has already been completed unless SNP agrees otherwise in writing;
  • the credit is subject to availability, eligibility, booking requirements and the current terms applying to the relevant service.

Unless SNP states otherwise in writing, Learning Credit may be applied only toward an eligible Discover Your Habits Workshop or the relevant pathway’s 12-Week Program connected to the same Discover Your Habits route.

Learning Credit does not apply to the General INTRO Workshop, unrelated SNP services, unrelated pathways, private consultations, organizational licenses, camps, events, bespoke services, subscriptions, third-party costs, Discover Your Habits – Post-Workshop Implementation and Review Support, or other products unless SNP expressly confirms this in writing.

Where a discounted, promotional or reduced-price Discover Your Habits tool is purchased, the Learning Credit is calculated by reference to the amount actually paid, not the full standard price.

If a purchaser cancels, misses, withdraws from or fails to attend a service booked using Learning Credit, the treatment of the credit will follow the cancellation, refund and booking terms applying to that service.

SNP may request proof of purchase, purchaser identity, booking email address or other reasonable information before applying Learning Credit.

SNP may withdraw, amend or replace the Learning Credit offer for future purchases. Any change will not remove a valid Learning Credit already issued for an eligible purchase during its stated validity period, unless required by law or caused by misuse, error, fraud or breach of these Terms.

13. Discover Your Habits – Post-Workshop Implementation and Review Support

SNP may offer Discover Your Habits – Post-Workshop Implementation and Review Support as a follow-on support service after an eligible Discover Your Habits Workshop.

This service is available only to individuals, parents, coaches or organizations who have completed the relevant Discover Your Habits Workshop, unless SNP expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

The service is designed to help participants continue applying what they learned during the Discover Your Habits Workshop. It may support reflection, review, troubleshooting, implementation planning, practical adjustment, accountability and continued education within the relevant Discover Your Habits pathway.

Discover Your Habits – Post-Workshop Implementation and Review Support is a separate paid service. Unless SNP expressly states otherwise in writing, it is not included in the purchase price of a Discover Your Habits tool, Discover Your Habits Workshop, organizational license, consultation, course or other SNP service.

Unless SNP expressly states otherwise in writing, Discover Your Habits – Post-Workshop Implementation and Review Support is priced at US$950 per 3-month support block.

Each 3-month support block is treated as a separate support window of approximately 90 days.

Unless SNP states otherwise in writing, each 3-month support block includes:

  • three 3-hour group workshops and Q&A sessions;
  • one individual personalized review by 1:1 video call lasting up to 60 minutes;
  • fair-use email support during the 3-month support block.

Six-month support consists of two 3-month support blocks. Twelve-month support consists of four 3-month support blocks, unless SNP agrees a different structure in writing.

Discover Your Habits – Post-Workshop Implementation and Review Support is purchased in 3-month support blocks unless SNP agrees otherwise in writing.

Payment for a 3-month support block is due in full at least 14 days before the support start date.

A 6-month support arrangement may be paid either:

  • in full before the 6-month support arrangement begins; or
  • one 3-month support block at a time, with each 3-month block paid in full at least 14 days before the relevant block starts.

A 12-month support arrangement may be paid in two 6-month payments, unless SNP agrees otherwise in writing.

For a 12-month support arrangement, the first 6-month payment is due in full at least 14 days before the support arrangement begins. The second 6-month payment is due in full at least 14 days before the second 6-month block begins.

Each support block normally starts on the first day of the relevant month unless SNP agrees otherwise in writing.

SNP is not required to begin or continue a support block unless the required payment has been received.

If payment is not received by the required deadline, SNP may delay, pause, cancel, release or reschedule the relevant support place, group workshop access, Q&A session, individual review or support arrangement.

Each 3-month block remains a separate 90-day support window for service delivery, review, attendance, cancellation, early-ending and refund purposes, unless SNP expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Support dates, review sessions, group workshop dates, Q&A sessions, email-support arrangements and any service-specific details may be confirmed by SNP separately by email, booking confirmation, proposal, invoice, order form or service agreement.

Email support is provided on a fair-use basis. It is intended to help with reasonable questions, clarification, implementation challenges and practical follow-up within the agreed support scope.

SNP aims to respond to email-support questions within 24 hours where possible, but response times are not guaranteed and may depend on availability, time zone, workload, complexity, weekends, holidays, illness or events outside SNP’s reasonable control.

Email support does not include unlimited consultancy, emergency support, medical advice, clinical advice, psychological advice, safeguarding investigation, legal advice, bespoke program design or services outside the agreed support arrangement.

The individual personalized review is a 1:1 educational review call lasting up to 60 minutes. Additional review time may be available at SNP’s discretion and, unless SNP states otherwise in writing, is charged at US$150 per additional half hour.

The individual personalized review does not provide medical diagnosis, clinical assessment, dietetic treatment, psychological assessment, safeguarding assessment, return-to-play clearance or a guaranteed performance outcome.

Where support relates to a young athlete, communications and service administration must remain adult-led and must go through the parent, legal guardian or authorized organizational contact.

Missed group workshops, Q&A sessions or review sessions are not automatically refundable. SNP may allow a missed session to be rescheduled into another available session where spaces are available and SNP approves the rescheduling request.

SNP may set reasonable limits on the timing, frequency, format and scope of email support, review sessions, Q&A support and rescheduling options.

SNP may amend, pause, reschedule or adjust support delivery where reasonably necessary due to availability, service suitability, safeguarding concerns, illness, emergency, technology failure, participant non-attendance or events outside SNP’s reasonable control.

Unless SNP expressly states otherwise in writing, Learning Credit does not apply to Discover Your Habits – Post-Workshop Implementation and Review Support.

14. Organizational licenses for Discover Your Habits tools

Schools, clubs, academies, teams, after-school providers, coaching businesses, performance programs, governing bodies, education providers or other organizations must not use an individually purchased Discover Your Habits tool for organizational, group, team, cohort, client or commercial purposes.

Organizational use requires a separate written SNP license.

Before issuing an organizational license, SNP will review the organization’s intended use, audience, delivery setting, facilitator or staff group, distribution plan, number of users, number of participants, number of sites, geographic scope, and any proposed internal or external use.

SNP may amend, adjust or finalize the license terms and pricing based on the organization’s stated intended use and the scope of use approved by SNP. Organizational license fees are assessed organization by organization, club by club, academy by academy, school by school, or program by program because user numbers, delivery settings, staff structures, safeguarding responsibilities and implementation needs may differ substantially.

Unless SNP expressly agrees otherwise in writing, a standard single organizational license applies to one approved school, academy, club, team, after-school provider or local organization within one agreed setting and license scope.

A standard single organizational license does not automatically cover multiple schools, multiple academies, multiple clubs, multiple teams, multiple departments, multiple sites, multiple regions, national use, international use, parent distribution, partner distribution, public distribution or use across separate legal entities.

Larger organizations, multi-site organizations, regional organizations, national organizations, international organizations, multi-country programs, multi-team programs, multi-cohort use, group-wide use, larger facilitator teams, complex delivery settings or external distribution require an extended organizational license with specific agreed terms.

Extended organizational licenses may be subject to additional fees, adjusted pricing, additional usage limits, additional review, specific delivery conditions, training requirements, facilitator limits, reporting requirements, safeguarding requirements, privacy requirements, implementation requirements or external-distribution controls.

An organizational license may permit an approved organization to use a specified Discover Your Habits tool for an agreed 12-month period, subject to the license scope, invoice, proposal, order form or written agreement issued by SNP.

Unless the written license states otherwise, the 12-month license period begins on the date stated in the SNP invoice, proposal, order form or written agreement. If no start date is stated, the license begins on the date payment is received by SNP.

Unless SNP expressly agrees otherwise in writing, each organizational license is valid for one year per license fee.

The organizational license fee includes:

  • permitted internal use of the licensed tool for the agreed 12-month license period;
  • internal printing and internal distribution for the approved internal purpose;
  • mandatory initial implementation training for the approved facilitator or staff group;
  • one standard online implementation workshop or training session, expected to be approximately three hours unless SNP agrees otherwise in writing;
  • reasonable implementation support during the 12-month license period by email, telephone or video call.

The initial implementation training is not optional. It is included so that the licensed tool is introduced, explained and delivered by trained staff to a minimum SNP implementation standard.

SNP may refuse, delay, pause or limit use of the licensed tool if the required implementation training has not been completed, if approved facilitators have not attended the required training, or if SNP reasonably considers that the tool may not be implemented appropriately.

The approved facilitator or staff group covered by the organizational license must be agreed with SNP. Where the licensed organization has only one or two facilitators, SNP may place them into an open implementation training workshop or provide a bespoke session, at SNP’s discretion. Where a larger staff or facilitator group is involved, SNP may require a bespoke implementation training session, additional training, adjusted pricing or specific implementation conditions.

All use, printing, distribution, training, implementation and support must remain within the agreed license scope.

The scope of an organizational license may include limits on:

  • the specific Discover Your Habits tool or pathway covered;
  • the licensed organization;
  • the permitted location, team, department, program or cohort;
  • the number of athletes, participants, staff, coaches or facilitators who may use, administer or deliver the tool;
  • the age group or audience;
  • the approved facilitator or staff group;
  • whether the tool may be used internally only or as part of a delivered program;
  • whether reporting, review meetings or facilitated workshops are included;
  • whether digital, printed or presentation use is permitted;
  • whether adaptations or branded versions are permitted;
  • whether external distribution is permitted;
  • whether multi-site, regional, national or international use is permitted;
  • whether further training or additional implementation conditions are required.

An organizational license does not permit the organization to sell, resell, sublicense, publish, upload, externally distribute, copy outside the license scope, adapt, rebrand, translate, white-label, commercialize or externally circulate the tool unless SNP expressly agrees this in writing.

The organization must ensure that anyone using, administering, facilitating or delivering the tool on its behalf understands and follows the license limits and has completed any SNP-required implementation training.

15. Internal use, printing and external distribution under organizational licenses

Unless SNP expressly agrees otherwise in writing, an organizational license is for the licensee’s internal use only.

Internal use means use within the licensed organization and only within the agreed license scope. This may include use by the licensee’s approved staff, coaches, facilitators, practitioners, athletes, participants, program members or internal delivery team, provided that the use remains within the agreed pathway, audience, program, location, license period, user limits, facilitator limits and purpose.

Internal printing and internal distribution are included in the organizational license fee for the 12-month license period, provided that all printed and digital copies remain within the licensed organization and are used only for the approved internal purpose.

Any printed or digital copies must remain under the control of the licensee.

The licensee is responsible for ensuring that copies are not shared, forwarded, uploaded, published, advertised, promoted, sold or distributed outside the licensed organization.

The licensee must not distribute, circulate, publish, upload, advertise, promote or make the materials available outside the licensed organization unless SNP has granted express written permission.

If the licensee wishes to distribute SNP materials externally, including to parents, families, external athletes, partner organizations, community groups, schools, clubs, academies, teams, sponsors, public audiences or any other third party outside the licensed organization, the licensee must obtain an extended external-distribution license from SNP before doing so.

Before SNP considers an extended external-distribution license, the licensee must provide details of the intended distribution group, purpose, format, number of recipients, delivery method, duration of use and any related program, service or communication activity.

External distribution is not permitted unless and until SNP confirms the extended license in writing.

An extended external-distribution license does not allow the licensee to claim ownership of SNP materials, remove SNP branding, rebrand the materials, advertise them as the licensee’s own product, sell them, sublicense them, upload them publicly, translate them, adapt them, white-label them or use them outside the agreed external-distribution scope.

The licensee must not advertise, promote, publish or distribute SNP tools, resources or materials as if they are the licensee’s own products or proprietary materials.

SNP may refuse, limit or withdraw permission for external distribution where SNP considers that the proposed use may create safeguarding, privacy, brand, intellectual-property, quality-control, commercial or reputational concerns.

The licensee remains responsible for ensuring that any internal use or externally approved use complies with applicable privacy, consent, safeguarding, supervision, communication and record-keeping obligations.

16. Organizational implementation training, workshop and support

Discover Your Habits tools are structured educational self-reflection resources. They require careful explanation, appropriate use and responsible implementation.

For this reason, each organizational license includes mandatory initial implementation training for the approved facilitator or staff group. This training is included in the organizational license fee unless SNP states otherwise in writing.

The purpose of the training is to help ensure that the licensed tool is implemented by trained staff to a minimum SNP standard and used consistently with its educational purpose, safeguarding boundaries, privacy responsibilities and license scope.

The implementation training is not optional. SNP requires it to help protect the quality, consistency and appropriate use of the Discover Your Habits tool.

Unless SNP agrees otherwise in writing, the standard implementation training is delivered online and is expected to be approximately three hours.

The final structure may depend on the organization’s needs, audience, number of users, facilitator group, staff experience, delivery setting and implementation requirements.

Where the licensed organization has one or two facilitators, SNP may place those facilitators into an open implementation training workshop or provide a bespoke session.

Where the licensed organization has a larger facilitator or staff group, SNP may provide a bespoke implementation training session or agree a different training structure.

The purpose of the implementation training is to help the licensed organization and approved facilitators understand:

  • the purpose and limits of the Discover Your Habits tool;
  • how the tool should and should not be used;
  • the educational nature of the questions and scoring approach;
  • how to introduce the tool responsibly to the intended audience;
  • how to support users in reflecting on their answers;
  • how to avoid treating the tool as a medical, clinical, diagnostic, psychological, safeguarding or return-to-play assessment;
  • how to manage adult-led use where young athletes are involved;
  • how to maintain appropriate privacy, consent, safeguarding, supervision and communication arrangements;
  • how to maintain a minimum SNP implementation standard;
  • how to use the tool within the agreed license scope.

During the 12-month organizational license period, SNP may also provide reasonable implementation support by email, telephone or video call for questions about use of the licensed Discover Your Habits tool, implementation planning, delivery challenges, interpretation of the tool’s educational purpose, and practical issues arising within the agreed license scope.

This support is intended to help the licensed organization use the tool appropriately and confidently.

It does not include unlimited consultancy, bespoke program design, clinical advice, medical advice, psychological advice, safeguarding investigation, emergency support, legal advice, or services outside the agreed license scope.

SNP may set reasonable limits on the timing, frequency, duration and format of implementation support.

Additional workshops, extended support, staff training, bespoke review meetings, reporting, in-person delivery or program-specific consultancy may require a separate agreement and additional fees.

Where the licensed organization is local to SNP or where in-person support is practical, SNP may agree to provide local or in-person implementation training or support. Any in-person delivery, additional workshops, travel, venue requirements or additional implementation services may be subject to separate agreement, availability and additional fees unless SNP confirms otherwise in writing.

The implementation training, workshop and support do not transfer ownership of SNP materials, expand the license scope, permit external distribution, authorize rebranding or replace the organization’s own privacy, safeguarding, consent, supervision or professional responsibilities.

The organization remains responsible for ensuring that the tool is implemented appropriately within its own setting, staff structure, athlete group, program and safeguarding framework.

17. Organizational responsibility for young athletes

Where an organizational license or organizational service involves children or young people under 18, the organization is responsible for ensuring that it has appropriate authority, consent, safeguarding arrangements, privacy notices, supervision, communication routes and internal policies in place before the tool or related service is used.

SNP does not provide Discover Your Habits tools directly to under-18s through the website.

Where SNP provides age-specific materials, workshops, education or support for young athletes through an organization, that delivery must be arranged through the responsible organization and must be appropriately supervised.

The organization must not ask SNP to communicate privately or directly with an under-18 athlete by email, telephone, WhatsApp, text message, social-media direct message or other private messaging route.

The organization must not use the tool in a way that suggests it is a medical, clinical, diagnostic, safeguarding, psychological, dietetic, treatment or return-to-play assessment.

The organization remains responsible for deciding whether and how the tool is appropriate for its athletes, participants, staff, program, safeguarding framework and operating environment.

18. Completed Discover Your Habits answers and data

Unless SNP expressly agrees otherwise in writing, completed Discover Your Habits answers are for the user, parent, guardian, coach or organization to use within the permitted license scope.

SNP does not automatically collect, receive, review or store completed Discover Your Habits answers.

If an individual, parent, guardian, coach or organization chooses to share completed answers, scores, summaries or related information with SNP, SNP will handle that information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Full Privacy and Personal Data Management Policy.

Where an organization collects, stores, reviews or uses completed answers from athletes, participants, parents, staff or clients, the organization is responsible for its own privacy notices, lawful basis, consent processes, safeguarding procedures, data security, retention rules and internal access controls.

Where completed answers include sensitive athlete information, health-related information, safeguarding information or information about children or young people, the organization must apply appropriate additional care, access restrictions and safeguarding controls.

19. No automatic Learning Credit for organizational licenses or post-Workshop support

Learning Credit applies only where SNP expressly offers it for an eligible individual Discover Your Habits purchase.

Unless SNP states otherwise in writing, Learning Credit does not apply to organizational licenses, bulk purchases, group access, cohort use, team licenses, school licenses, academy licenses, club licenses, corporate licenses, bespoke services, commissioned programs, or Discover Your Habits – Post-Workshop Implementation and Review Support.

An organization may not claim, pool, transfer, aggregate or redeem individual Learning Credits against an organizational license unless SNP expressly agrees this in writing.

A purchaser may not use Learning Credit toward a 3-month, 6-month or 12-month Discover Your Habits – Post-Workshop Implementation and Review Support arrangement unless SNP expressly agrees this in writing.

20. Bookings, services and availability

SNP may offer consultations, workshops, webinars, courses, camps, events, programs, coaching, education, organizational services, public engagements, facilitated sessions and support arrangements.

Services are subject to availability, eligibility, booking requirements, payment requirements and any specific terms provided at the time of booking.

A booking is not confirmed unless SNP has accepted the booking and any required payment, consent form, information form, organizational confirmation, contract, proposal, order form, service agreement or service documentation has been completed.

For consultations, workshops, public engagements, facilitated sessions, organizational sessions, bespoke workshops, event delivery or other commissioned services, SNP may require a written contract, proposal, order form, booking confirmation or service agreement before the booking is confirmed.

The written agreement may cover, as relevant:

  • service scope;
  • fee and payment schedule;
  • cancellation and postponement terms;
  • travel arrangements and travel costs;
  • venue requirements;
  • technology requirements;
  • materials and printing;
  • recording permissions;
  • promotional use;
  • public use of SNP’s name, logo or branding;
  • participant numbers;
  • safeguarding and supervision requirements;
  • liability and insurance responsibilities;
  • any service-specific terms.

Unless SNP agrees otherwise in writing, a booking for a consultation, workshop, public engagement, facilitated session, organizational session, bespoke workshop or event delivery is not secured until SNP has received the required booking payment.

SNP may decline, delay or release a booking where the required booking payment, contract, proposal, invoice acceptance, service agreement, participant information, organizational confirmation or required documentation has not been completed.

SNP may refuse, cancel, postpone or reschedule a booking where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • payment has not been received;
  • required information has not been provided;
  • required consent has not been obtained;
  • the service is not suitable for the requested participant or setting;
  • safeguarding, safety or supervision requirements are not satisfied;
  • there is a conflict with SNP’s professional, ethical or operational standards;
  • there is illness, emergency, travel disruption, technology failure or other circumstances outside SNP’s reasonable control.

SNP will communicate any material changes to confirmed bookings using the contact details provided by the adult purchaser, parent, guardian or authorized organizational representative.

21. Prices, payments and taxes

Prices will be shown on the website, invoice, proposal, payment page or booking communication where applicable.

Unless SNP states otherwise in writing, prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

No tax, VAT or additional tax fee is currently applied unless SNP confirms otherwise in writing or unless required by applicable law.

SNP may change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect a confirmed booking or completed purchase unless there has been an obvious pricing error or unless the applicable written terms state otherwise.

Unless SNP states otherwise in writing, Discover Your Habits – Post-Workshop Implementation and Review Support is priced at US$950 per 3-month support block.

A 6-month support arrangement is normally priced as two 3-month support blocks. A 12-month support arrangement is normally priced as four 3-month support blocks, unless SNP agrees a different fee, discount, package price or payment structure in writing.

Payment for a 3-month support block is due in full at least 14 days before the support start date.

A 6-month support arrangement may be paid in full before the 6-month support arrangement begins, or one 3-month support block at a time, with each 3-month block paid in full at least 14 days before the relevant block starts.

A 12-month support arrangement may be paid in two 6-month payments, unless SNP agrees otherwise in writing. The first 6-month payment is due in full at least 14 days before the support arrangement begins. The second 6-month payment is due in full at least 14 days before the second 6-month block begins.

Unless SNP states otherwise in writing, organizational license fees are assessed case by case based on the organization, club, academy, school or program, intended use, audience size, user numbers, facilitator group, delivery setting, number of sites, geographic scope, implementation requirements and any internal or external distribution needs.

Unless SNP states otherwise in writing, 50% of the agreed fee is required at least 14 days before the service date to secure a consultation, workshop, public engagement, facilitated session, organizational session, bespoke workshop or event delivery booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full within 30 days after the event or service delivery date, unless the relevant contract, proposal, invoice, order form or service agreement states otherwise.

Where a service is booked less than 14 days before the service date, SNP may require an alternative payment deadline, accelerated payment, payment in full, or another written payment arrangement before the booking is confirmed.

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another approved payment provider.

SNP does not intend to receive or store full payment-card details. Payment-card details are entered into and processed through the relevant payment provider’s system.

You are responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Any applicable currency conversion fees, bank charges, card charges or payment-provider fees may depend on your location, payment method and provider terms.

22. Refunds, cancellations and missed sessions

Refund, cancellation, transfer and rescheduling rules may differ depending on the product or service.

Digital downloads, tools and self-assessment resources may be delivered immediately or shortly after purchase. Because of their digital nature, they may be non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by applicable law or where SNP expressly states otherwise.

Organizational license fees are non-refundable once the licensed documents, tools, resources or materials have been downloaded, accessed, delivered, shared with the organization or made available for organizational use.

This is because organizational licenses provide access to SNP intellectual property, licensed materials, internal-use rights, internal printing permission, mandatory implementation training and reasonable implementation support during the 12-month license period.

Workshop and program cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@sportsnutritionplus.com.

WhatsApp, telephone calls, text messages, social-media messages or informal verbal notice are not accepted as valid cancellation notice.

Unless SNP states otherwise in writing, a purchaser may receive a full refund for a workshop or program booking where:

  • the cancellation request is sent to SNP by email at least 14 days before the scheduled start date;
  • the purchaser, participant or organization is unable to attend, host, run or participate in the workshop or program, or has changed its mind;
  • no SNP resources, documents, tools, access links, digital materials, workshop materials, program materials or preparatory materials have been shared, downloaded, accessed, delivered or made available.

Where less than 14 days’ notice is given for a workshop or program booking, the purchaser or organization should contact SNP by email to discuss available options. SNP may, at its discretion, offer a rebooking, transfer, credit or other practical solution, subject to availability, timing, service type and the circumstances.

Rebooking is not automatic and is not guaranteed.

Discover Your Habits – Post-Workshop Implementation and Review Support is purchased in 3-month support blocks.

Once a 3-month support block has started, or once related support materials, booking access, session access, review arrangements, email support or service delivery have been made available, no refund is automatic.

If a purchaser, participant or organization chooses to end a 3-month support block early, SNP may review the circumstances and decide whether any refund, credit, transfer, rebooking or prorated adjustment is appropriate.

Any such decision is at SNP’s final discretion, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

When reviewing an early-ending request, SNP may consider:

  • the number of days already used within the 90-day support window;
  • whether group workshops or Q&A sessions have already taken place;
  • whether the individual personalized review has already been delivered, scheduled or prepared;
  • whether support materials, access links or resources have been shared;
  • the extent of email support already provided;
  • preparation time already committed by SNP;
  • whether the participant or organization has used, missed, postponed or declined available support;
  • the reason for ending the support block early;
  • whether another practical solution is available.

Where a purchaser has committed to a 6-month or 12-month support arrangement, each 3-month block may be treated as a separate 90-day support window unless SNP agrees otherwise in writing.

If a purchaser or organization wishes to end support before a future 3-month block has started, the purchaser or organization should contact SNP by email at info@sportsnutritionplus.com. SNP may review whether any unused future block can be canceled, credited, transferred, rebooked or adjusted, subject to the relevant written agreement, payment status, service preparation and SNP’s final decision.

Missed workshops, Q&A sessions, review sessions or support opportunities are not automatically refundable. SNP may, at its discretion, offer a rescheduled session, transfer, catch-up option, credit or practical alternative, subject to availability, spaces, timing, service type and SNP approval.

For consultations, workshops, public engagements, facilitated sessions, organizational sessions, bespoke workshops or event delivery, cancellation, postponement, payment and refund terms may be set out in the relevant contract, proposal, invoice, order form or service agreement.

Unless SNP agrees otherwise in writing, the following cancellation terms apply to public engagements, facilitated sessions, organizational sessions, bespoke workshops and commissioned services:

  • where cancellation is confirmed by email at least 14 days before the service date, SNP may charge a 5% administration fee;
  • where cancellation is confirmed by email less than 14 days before the service date, SNP may charge a 25% cancellation or administration fee;
  • where cancellation is confirmed by email within 7 days of the service date, SNP may charge a 50% cancellation or administration fee.

Cancellation must be confirmed by email to info@sportsnutritionplus.com. WhatsApp, telephone calls, text messages, social-media messages or informal verbal notice are not accepted as valid cancellation notice unless SNP expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

If you cancel, fail to attend, arrive late, provide incomplete information or do not meet participation requirements, SNP may be unable to provide the service, and refunds or transfers may be limited.

If SNP cancels or materially changes a paid service, SNP will explain the available options, which may include rescheduling, transfer, credit or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable terms.

If an organization experiences an issue with access, delivery, files, implementation, training or suitability, the organization should contact SNP promptly by email so that SNP can review the issue and discuss a reasonable practical response.

This may include technical support, replacement files, clarification, implementation guidance, rescheduling of the included online training or workshop, reasonable support by email, telephone or video, or another appropriate response at SNP’s discretion.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights that apply by law.

23. Promotions, discounts and offers

SNP may offer promotions, discounts, early-bird pricing, introductory pricing, limited-time offers, Learning Credit or other incentives.

Offers may be subject to eligibility rules, expiry dates, pathway restrictions, service restrictions, booking conditions or availability.

Unless SNP states otherwise in writing, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, transferred, applied retrospectively or used for services outside the stated offer.

SNP may withdraw or change offers for future purchases or bookings.

24. Intellectual property

All SNP website content, wording, resources, guides, tools, questionnaires, scoring frameworks, models, diagrams, graphics, layouts, designs, names, concepts, educational structures, downloadable materials, videos, course materials and related content are owned by or licensed to SNP.

You may use SNP content only for the purpose expressly permitted by SNP.

You must not copy, reproduce, publish, upload, share, distribute, sell, resell, sublicense, adapt, translate, rebrand, white-label, teach from, commercially exploit or create derivative works from SNP content unless SNP has expressly agreed this in writing.

You must not remove copyright notices, branding, authorship notices or intellectual-property notices from SNP materials.

No SNP intellectual property is transferred to you when you use the website, purchase a product, download a resource, book a service, receive materials, enter a support arrangement or obtain an organizational license.

25. User-submitted information and materials

  • the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • you have the right to provide it;
  • you have any necessary permission from any person it relates to;
  • it does not infringe another person’s rights;
  • it is not unlawful, abusive, misleading, harmful or inappropriate.

SNP may use information you provide to respond to your inquiry, deliver services, manage bookings, maintain records, protect safety, meet legal obligations and handle complaints or disputes.

SNP does not use testimonials, case studies, promotional photographs or promotional videos at launch. If SNP introduces these later, separate consent and terms may apply.

Results depend on many factors outside SNP’s control, including individual circumstances, health, training, environment, coaching, medical support, consistency, resources, decision-making and implementation.

32. Force majeure and events outside SNP’s control

SNP will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform where caused by events outside its reasonable control.

This may include illness, injury, emergency, travel disruption, government action, venue closure, technology failure, internet disruption, platform outage, payment-provider failure, cyber incident, natural event, public-health issue, labor disruption, war, civil unrest or other circumstances beyond SNP’s reasonable control.

Where such an event affects a paid service, SNP will take reasonable steps to communicate with the adult purchaser, client or authorized organizational representative and explain any available options.
